Who is this Class For?
This is a live, in-person, professional level cupping class for Massage Therapists, Physiotherapy Assistants, Trainers and Body workers.
Basic knowledge in anatomy. professionalism and experience in hands-on therapy is required before attending.
This class is also an option for our Level Two Embodied Holistic Practitioner Mentorship Program. (More info to come soon on this program!)

I am not a practitioner. Can I learn cupping to use at home?
Yes, Bonnie does teach some basic cupping for home use.
If you would like to schedule a private class for yourself and a friend or a spouse, you can reach out to Bonnie at pathwayshealing@gmail.com
Her schedule is quite busy, so it could be several weeks before she can accommodate private classes.
2 people are required for a private cupping class.
Bonnie also teaches Facial Cupping for Personal Care
This is usually taught as a small group class and can be arranged by request.
What Will We Cover in the Professional Class?
- We will be learning how to perform cupping massage with silicone cups for the whole body.
- Back, neck, shoulders, and limbs.
- We will also learn how to do facial cupping and gua sha.
- Cleaning and disinfection protocols will be covered and we will have a chance to learn about different kinds of cups and how/why to use them.
- This is not just cups on-cups off! It's the full experience.
- Some study time is required before class so we can get right to business when students arrive.
- It is a full wknd intensive class.
- A starter set of cups is included.
Who is teaching the class?
Bonnie Adam, Registered Acupuncturist and Certified Cupping Therapist will be your instructor.
She has over 15 years of experience in acupuncture and cupping therapy, and over 25 years of experience as a holistic practitioner and teacher. She has taught cupping massage for more than 5 years.
However you are hoping to incorporate cupping into your practice, Bonnie can help!

How does the class work?
RMT's, PTA's, Trainers, Body Workers:
- If you are confident that you have the background and training to go ahead with this class, go to pathwayshealing.janeapp.com and look for the next class. Or email pathwayshealing@gmail.com
- After payment has been received, you will get digital copies of our manual, Cupping massage for Professionals, and Facial Cupping and Gua Sha
- Browse through the manuals and watch the videos as you go along.
- Attend our next 2 day class
- Certificate of completion is awarded at the end of class for 20 hours of study.
- Please note: If you are using the class for CEU's, it is up to you to submit the class to your association to see if it is accepted.
Pathways Mentorship Level 2 Students:
- The class works the same way for you!
- This class counts as 2 full "credits" towards your Level Two Program
- If you choose Cupping Massage as one of your options, get in touch with Bonnie and let her know your intention to attend this class.
- She will get you registered and send you the study materials. Proceed through the materials and attend the class
- Come to the Student Practice Days and incorporate your new cupping skills into your 10 practice sessions

Prerequisites:
Participants will need to have a background or some basic training in anatomy and hands-on body work to participate.
This Class is also an option for the Level Two Pathways Embodied Holistic Practitioner Mentorship Program.
You will need to have completed the Level One Mentorship program before proceeding to Level Two.
The Intro to Level Two will include the necessary training in anatomy.

How much does this class cost?
The cost of the 2 day class and all of the study materials, plus a beginner set of silicone cups is $500 plus HST
Students enrolled in the Pathways Level Two Embodied Practitioner Mentorship Program get $50 off.
Full cost is due up front. No refunds or exchanges.
