Small group sound healing and meditation to celebrate and ease the transition between seasons.

This will be done seated in chairs due to space limitations.

This can be a very powerful experience.

Arrive, clear, receive and heal. A community space held with the intention of somatic relaxation, energetic alignment and overall wellness. 

Please prepare to be comfortable in the space for 2 hours. Mats and chairs will be available. Personal items such as water, a blanket,  journal, snacks,  gems etc are welcome to have near by.
