Meet and Meditate is a new series offered at Pathways Healing.

Our talented team will be taking turns hosting.

We will have discussions, workshops, exercises, etc and we will include some form meditation, grounding, or centering.

If you haven't meditated before, or don't think you are any good at it, don't worry, we will guide you through. We are a very welcoming and fun loving bunch of people. :)

There will be a variety of meditation methods, some more active and some more still. 

Come and try them all!

We will begin with the 4th Tuesday of each month from 7pm to approximately 9pm.

$33 per person (plus any materials used if applicable)

First dates are:

• March 25 - Sound and Ground - Hosted by Bonnie Adam. SOLD OUT
  Learn ways to get centered, calm and balanced and keep living your purpose during these stressful times. A brief Sound Healing Meditation will be included.
  
  
• April 22 - Hosted by Kenzie MacLean - EFT/Tapping Circle, Learn to use tapping to release stress in your life.

• May 27 -  Heart Mind Sound Body - Hosted by Leah Sunshine
  A practice to tone the vagus nerve, practice Heart-focused, metta meditation, self massage, and other nervous system nourishing strategies for personal transformation and community / collective healing.   We’ll practice heart coherence, pranayama, voice and sound meditation to:  
  * Invite coherence & resilience
  * Connect with your body & intuition
  * Boost Heart & Brain health
  * Activate your voice
  * Get clearer, calmer and better sleep!

Arrive, clear, receive and heal. A community space held with the intention of somatic relaxation, energetic alignment and overall wellness. 

Please prepare to be comfortable in the space for 2 hours. Mats and chairs will be available. Personal items such as water, a blanket,  journal, snacks,  gems etc are welcome to have near by.  

***Pathways Healing Clinic is SCENT FREE due to severe allergies. Thank you for not wearing scented products to your appointment.
