Holistic Energy Practitioner Mentorship - Level One

 This program was created because a group of practitioners came together with a desire to see more healing in the world. 

Things are tough out there. We need more practitioners to actually succeed so we can help people to get through these times. 

We also saw that there are practitioners who struggle and sometimes give up, because there is not enough practical training and support for them. 

They take a class or graduate from a program and are told to just get out there and practice and learn on their own. They have no community or structure to work within.

They're told to "get their energy aligned" and "manifest" and all of their dreams will come true.  Those of us who have made it this far know that it takes more than good vibes and intentions to make things happen!

Everyone needs a firm foundation in their craft and clear, experienced guidance to practice professionally, ethically and successfully.

This program is for anyone with an interest in holistic health and wellness. 

It can benefit those who wish to work on their own for family and friends,  newcomers to the field, or those who are already practicing professionally and looking for continuing education opportunities. 

It can be tailored to your current level of practice and your individual needs for creativity and expansion.

We will be exploring several energy work techniques and modalities, and practicing them together. Keep scrolling to see an in-depth list,  but as we go through the program, we will help you to figure out how practical energy work and professional skills can shift your practice to the next level. 

Our program will meet you where you are and take you to the next phase of your growth and development.

Our program starts when you're ready!

Some aspects will be scheduled, but you can start and whenever you like and progress at whatever pace suits you.

The scheduled classes and practice dates will usually be available on evenings or weekends. 

Go through the online materials and sign up for classes and practice dates as you are available. Schedule your mentorship meetings when you need them the most.

If you need a more strict schedule to stay on track, just ask. We can set some guidelines for you and hold you accountable to yourself too. We understand that everyone's learning style, life situation and time frames are unique.

We expect that most people will complete the program in 6 months to 1 year.

• Think of the online work as preparation or as a resource. We find that people arrive in classes and at practice groups more comfortably and confidently if they have had a chance to read over the materials before-hand. It is nice to know what to expect before you arrive and it saves us all time and reduces the cost of offering the program.

We will dive into these topics during our 2 day intensive class and keep fine-tuning our skills during our hands-on practice time.

You could find many of these courses online, and collect a lot of certificates, but the difference in our training is that we will get a solid base in several different modalities and learn how to integrate  them into sessions in real-time, with real people, feedback and guidance. 

Certificates on the wall don't help you if you don't get a chance to practice your skills and gain real confidence.

We'll go through mock-intake process and make sure you can communicate professionally and accurately with your clients.

Included in the program is a 2 day, In-Person Class, “Energetics 101” 

Scheduled approximately twice a year. 

This is where you get to try out the techniques you are most excited to work with. 

(Virtual options can be arranged for those at a distance.) 

After completing the Energetics 101 class, you can begin your 10 included practice sessions.  

Come to Pathways Healing and work on real people. 

Get real feedback and support. 

Practice sessions are scheduled approximately once a month. 

(Practitioners Liability Insurance is required before starting your practice sessions.  Virtual options can be arranged for those at a distance.) 

A 2 Hour Mentorship Meeting is Included in the Program. 

Scheduled whenever you feel you need it the most and tailored to the topics you feel you need the most support with. 

Yes. Of course you can do this kind of training somewhere else.

Maybe it will be cheaper. Maybe it won't be as in-depth. 

Maybe you have already taken some training and you don't feel like you need our entire program. We can talk about that too. 

The unique thing about our program is that we are providing personalized training and practice opportunities. We can figure out what aspects of your practice you need help with and focus on those. We have experienced practitioners and teachers ready to help you. If we don't know where to get the info you need, we can find out. 

Pathways has been around for 25 years, and we have been gathering resources and making connections for all of that time.

We will be providing you the time, space and people to practice on, so you can gain confidence in yourself and your work. One of our staff will always be there to support you during practice dates.

There is a scheduled practice day every month.

Don't have anyone to practice on? We have people who would love to come and be your guinea pigs!

Need more time to practice? Rent space by the hour at our centre for extra practice time. (References may be required.)
