Reiki Classes with Bonnie Adam

Bonnie has been practicing and teaching Reiki for over 25 years.

She has a deep respect for the origins of Reiki and is grateful that this gentle, yet powerful system has been handed down to us in the western world.

Reiki may not always be used in the way it was originally intended, but it is a wonderful support to those who choose to learn it. 

Bonnie uses Reiki every day in combination with her acupuncture and holistic wellness practice. 

Her approach is practical, creative and, 

she hopes, fun.

She feels she is more of a facilitator than a teacher or master, as each person already has access to their own unique healing abilities.

 Bonnie feels her role is to help to activate those abilities and guide people along their path. 

Anyone Can Learn Reiki

Reiki has been taught to small children and even to people who didn't believe in it!

There is are no prerequisites. 

All you need is an open mind and a willingness to learn something new.

Learning Reiki can help you to:

• Be more calm and focused
• Relieve stress and anxiety
• Manage chronic pain and physical discomfort
• Tap into your intuitive side
• Help your friends, family and pets
• Add a modality to an existing health and wellness practice
• Start a practice of  your own

Usui Reiki With Bonnie.

Level One

This class is a combination of online and in-person learning. 

Prep materials will be sent to you before the class. There are videos and reading to do at home before you come to the class.

We will cover: 

• Discussion of the origins of Reiki and how it works
• Discussion of the Energy Field, Auras and chakras
• How our intention is integrated into Reiki
• The Three Pillars, as taught by Usui
• Level one attunement
• Hand positions for treatment of self and others
• Practice time

Full Fee is due up front.

$250 plus HST

Usui Reiki With Bonnie.

Level Two

This class is a combination of online and in-person learning. 

Prep materials will be sent to you before the class. There are videos and reading to do at home before you come to the class.

We will cover: 

• Level two symbols and how to use them
• Level two attunement
• Japanese Reiki techniques
• Distance healing
• Crystal healing and crystal grids
• Practice Time

Full Fee is due up front.

$250 plus HST

Usui Reiki Master/Teacher Level

With Bonnie.

This class is a combination of online and in-person learning. 

Prep materials will be sent to you before the class. There are videos and reading to do at home before you come to the class.

We will cover: 

• The role and responsibilities of a Reiki Master/Teacher
• Reiki Master Level Symbols
• Receive the Master/Teacher level attunement
• Preparing students to receive attunements, advanced energy opening and meditation exercises
• The Tibetan Reiki Attunement
• Options for creating your own unique attunement process
• Practicing of all attunements and variations

Full Fee is due up front.

You will need to do the prep work before the class, so be sure to leave yourself some time before the date of the class.

We estimate you will need about 8 to 10 hours to go through all of the materials before class.
